Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse & Notes (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. This document is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; please have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it for compliance.
Information we collect
- Newsletter email: only if you choose to subscribe. We use it to send you our updates and nothing else.
- Contact form details: the name, email and message you submit so we can reply.
- Concierge chat: the questions you type are processed to generate answers. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
- Cookies: small functional cookies to remember your chat usage and premium status. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Premium subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card or UPI details — those are handled securely by the provider in line with their own privacy terms.
How we use your information
- To operate and improve the website and the concierge.
- To send the newsletter you asked for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To respond to your messages and support requests.
Third-party services
We may use analytics, email and payment providers who process limited data on our behalf. Some article links are affiliate links; clicking them may let the retailer set their own cookies, governed by their policies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails, request a copy or deletion of the information you’ve given us, or clear cookies in your browser at any time. To make a request, email hello@pulseandnotes.in.
Changes
